HRJS – High Retention Juice Screen Technology

Suviron’s Hot Raw Juice Rotary Screen (HRJS), protected under Patent No. 379828, is designed to screen raw juice at elevated temperatures after heating — achieving fibre content below 500 PPM in the juice going to clarification. This reduces load on the clarifier, improves juice clarity, and helps achieve better colour and purity in the final sugar. It was invented and introduced by Suviron and has been installed at 32+ factories worldwide.
