Suviron a partnership firm was established in the year 1997 by Mr. Subodh V. Joshi a renowned Sugar Technologist and Mrs. Saroja S. Joshi which was converted as a Pvt. Ltd. Company in the year 2000 to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable equipment for the sugar industry.
A Private Limited Company Established in the year 2000 by Mr. Subodh V. Joshi, Sugar Technologists and Mrs. Saroja S. Joshi.
A Partnership firm “Suviron” with Partners Mr. Subodh V. Joshi and Mrs. Saroja S. Joshi, was launched in the year 1997 and subsequently restructured as “Suviron Equipments Pvt.Ltd.” w.e.f. 01st April, 2000. Mr. Subodh V. Joshi, Sugar Technologist is Managing Director of the company. Mrs. Saroja S. Joshi and Mr. Chaitanya S. Joshi are two Directors.
Leadership
Mr. Subodh V. Joshi, First Class Bachelor of Science and First Class in rank in “Sugar Technology” from National Sugar Institute, Kanpur.
Mr. Subodh V. Joshi, First Class Bachelor of Science with Chemistry as main subject and Physics, mathematics as subsidiaries, in the year 1970 and First Class in rank in “Sugar Technology” course in 1972 at National Sugar Institute, Kanpur, the only educational institute in India offering a specialized post graduate course of 2½ years duration in Sugar Technology.
More than 54 years of experience of sugar factory operation in India and abroad. He has travelled all across the world and visited various major cane-sugar producing countries in connection with extending sugar factory operational services, consultancy, training to local staff and supply of our specialized equipments.
He has designed, developed and successfully commissioned various equipments / systems which are unique and well accepted by sugar industry across India and abroad.
He has also presented/published technical papers in national and international journals and proceedings as well as during annual conventions of various associations of Sugar Technologists.
He is member of International Society of Sugar Cane Technologist [ISSCT], Patron Member of Sugar Technologists Association of India [STAI], Life member of Deccan Sugar Technologists Association [DSTA] and South Indian Sugarcane and Sugar Technologists Association [SISSTA].
He was awarded “Life Time Achievement Award” by Sugar Technologists Association of India, New Delhi in the year 2014-15 as Technocrat Entrepreneur and “Noel Deerr” Gold Medal for the best research paper.
He was also awarded “Life Time Achievement Award” by Deccan Sugar Technologists Association, Pune in the year 2018.
Our Aim
On the background of rich experience gathered during his long tenure in India and abroad, while serving in different capacities in various reputed sugar factories, cane as well as beet, the company had aimed at providing complete solution for “total clarification under one umbrella”. His dedication and passion for trouble shooting at sugar factories, more particularly at clarification process, coupled with continuous in house R&D efforts has been instrumental and main reason behind establishing a production unit catering to the total needs of sugar factories with major thrust on “clarification”, which indeed begins with Rotary Juice Screen, indisputably and indispensable an integral part of milling or diffuser station. Therefore rightly beginning with this first step towards total clarification package, gradually other down stream process equipment were added to the production range.

I am humbled to share that Suviron has consistently been a leader in Rotary Juice Screen installations in India and abroad in 27 countries worldwide. Rotary Screen for hot raw juice screening has yielded exceptional results achieving the lowest fibre content in raw juice. Suviron has successfully designed, manufactured, and commissioned sulphurless sugar production plants.
